Food from our website is strictly for end users and should not be, in any way, resold without prior written consent.
Food Products, Pricing, and Availability
The graphical representations and descriptions of our products that you see on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make efforts to make sure they correspond to the actual products you receive, there may or may not be slight variations in the colour of the product displayed on our website and the product actually sold owing to lighting conditions, screen displays or the fact that food may naturally vary in appearance.
The descriptions of all the products that feature on our website include the complete list of ingredients and nutritional information. Should the food contain any ingredient, which may cause food allergies or intolerances, we will clearly state that. Please note, however, that all our food is prepared in the same facility and therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be completely free of such ingredients.
We consistently work on ensuring that the prices quoted on our website are correct, and you will be charged the amount mentioned when you place an order. However, excluding any inadvertent technical errors, we will honour the prices mentioned on the website at the time of order.
We reserve the right to change prices and to alter or remove/add any special offers from time to time. Changes in price will not affect orders that have already been placed.
In case of change in price of the food products you order, between your order placement and us processing the order and taking payment, the price shown on the website at the time of placing the order will apply.
Your order is a one-way contractual order that we may accept at our sole discretion. Only when an order is confirmed by us via email, will it be a legally binding contract between you and us.
In the improbable event that we fail to accept or fail to fulfil your order, we will furnish an explanation in writing. We shall not accept any payment for the same. In case the payment has already been made, the same shall be refunded to you within 7 working days.
All food orders placed with us will be delivered within 2 working days after order confirmation unless otherwise agreed or specified during the processing of the order (delays owing to events outside of our control)
We will take all reasonable efforts to have the order delivered on time. In the event that you aren’t available to collect it, reasonable measures will be taken to ensure it reaches you ( If you are within a radius of 1 kilometre or a neighbour is , who is ready to accept on behalf of you)
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries or withdraw them all together in certain areas depending on circumstances beyond our control.
At any given time, if you are not satisfied with our products, or any part of our delivery process, please feel free to let us know (via Contact Us page). Your feedback is important to us.
In the event of you not receiving the goods ordered or receiving incorrect or damaged order, Contact Us within 7 working days. We will ensure we arrange for a refund or replacement. Please note, however, that if the problem with the food is a result of normal wear and tear, careless handling, or intentional damage, you will not be eligible to claim a refund or replacement.
For further information on your rights as a consumer, please contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
Food orders placed on our website can be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours before the food products are dispatched. No cancellations will be entertained after the products have dispatched unless there is a problem with them (and not because you had a change of mind)
Once the cancellation is processed, any refunds due will be made to you within 14 working days from the day you cancel your order.
Our Liability to Consumers
Our food products are made for private and domestic consumption only. We do not make any claim that these products are fit for commercial use. Any loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of business opportunity, therefore, is not our assumed liability.

If an order has be placed, with the coupon code applied and the order has been cancelled by the customer, the coupon code cannot be refunded.
